Lacto-fermentation is a simple, old fashioned method of preserving fruits, vegetables and making carbonated drinks that are delicious, healthy, satisfying and fun to make.
Come along and learn from a qualified Naturopath just how easy it is to get started on your own probiotic-rich home fermentation adventure. Learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and scoby treats.
Each participant will go home with an instruction manual featuring easy to make recipes and a kombucha scoby so you can get started straight away.
