Cindy is an accredited teacher in Tantric Hatha, Yin Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga & Breath Work, with over 20 years experience. She has recently returned home from three & a half years living, teaching & furthering her studies under some greatly renowned Masters in Bali.
Her passion is in sharing these beautiful practices to help people balance & calm their nervous systems, hormones & boost their immune systems.
Using a blend of gentle yoga & blissful breath work, Cindy is inspired to help our wonderful preggies connect deeply to their journey & create feelings of comfort & space for themselves & their babies. She also helps to guide post-natal mamas back to equilibrium & restoration. She is thrilled to be offering both Yin Yoga & Pre & Post Natal classes here at NNT.
Pre-natal classes are a gentle journey of movement & breath to find blissful space, & to deepen connection between you & your baba. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never done yoga, these classes are suitable & supportive for any trimester of pregnancy.
Yin Yoga classes are a super slow, luscious practice that connect you with deeply nourishing rest. As your body slows down & feels safe & supported, it gently opens up to deeper flexibility by bringing hydrating circulation to the joints, whilst also creating a stronger mind-body connection. It is a class of gentle, long holds in supported postures using lots of soft props to melt into.
