Candace is a highly qualified practitioner with degrees in both Biomedical Science and Health Science (Naturopathy) giving her the capacity to assess your health from both a medical and naturopathic perspective. She is also a qualified Natural Fertility Educator and Hypnobirthing practitioner.
Candace uses a range of herbal and nutritional medicine and lifestyle counselling, to address both simple and more complex health issues. She has a broad knowledge of nutrition. As a vegan, she is able to advise vegans and vegetarians on the specific requirements of those lifestyles but is equally able to advise everyone regardless of their dietary direction, on their individual nutritional requirements.

The optional offer of Lomilomi massage of this type can provide support and help realign you to your values and authenticity. From here actions are taken which are more fully aligned to one’s purpose. The nurturing quality of the massage can also directly assist the process of integrating shifts and changes which have occurred during the course of the counselling sessions. It can be a profoundly beautiful, centring and peaceful experience, a gateway to releasing emotional blockages in a safe and held way. Jane started her career in London after graduating with honours from the University of Westminster, working under Dr Zhai, author of ‘How to get pregnant, The Zhai programme’ for which Jane made some professional contribution to the writing of. When Jane moved to Melbourne she continued to grow in her profession with a focus on fertility, pregnancy and general practice.
In Melbourne Jane has continued in her professional development undertaking certified training in Acupuncture and Pregnancy with Debra Betts and a Complete course in Infertility by Jane Lyttleton as well as a year-long post graduate training course in Dr Manaka’s Japanese Acupuncture and Therapies, which has fast before her passion in style of practice. Japanese Acupuncture is often thought of as a more gentle form of treatment yet very powerful and has given Jane a tool box of skills to diagnosis and a range of techniques to treat a wide variety of ills and ales, aches and itches.

Stacey, AKA ‘The Plant Nutritionist’, has Bachelor degrees in both Public Health and Health Promotion and Nutritional Medicine. She is a registered practitioner with Australian Natural Therapies Association (ATMS). So it’s fair to say health is her thing! With a background in health promotion, Stacey integrates this into her Nutrition consults; with a focus on prevention, sustainability and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
