Her approach is to promote integral health and well-being. She does this through natural, energetic and nutritious food whilst also focusing on the relationship we have with food. Valeria is passionate about getting out of the diet cycle and building a better relationship with food. Her focus is on self compassion and awareness of our bodies.

She provides personalised programs for each individual with nutritional guidelines, recipes, lifestyle advice and information specific to the individuals indications.

Candace Borg

Candace is a highly qualified practitioner with degrees in both Biomedical Science and Health Science (Naturopathy) giving her the capacity to assess your health from both a medical and naturopathic perspective.

She has a broad knowledge of nutrition and assists children, adolescents, adults and the elderly with their nutritional needs.

Candace is able to give advice and guidance on a broad range of lifestyles, regardless of the dietary direction by addressing an individual’s nutritional requirements. As a vegan, Candace also has the ability of  being able to advise vegans and vegetarians on the specific requirements to achieve health and vitality.
