Violet is passionate about supporting and empowering Individuals, couples and families on their unique life journeys focusing on creative pathways for healing. She is an accredited Postpartum Doula and Childbirth educator supporting Mothers and partners to achieve a wholesome Birth and Postpartum experience. She believes in the importance of utilizing creative tools that are unique to the individual, exploring opportunities to deepen understanding of self, opening new healthy avenues for growth and expansion for a better life.

She a certified Qigong and meditation teacher offering 1.1 and group sessions to increase vitality and support the immune system, She shares Birth empowerment classes, Acupressure for labour, Postpartum in-home Doula support, empowerment workshops, Breastfeeding support, 1.1 energy healing and Creative Art sessions and more. Violet offers solution focused sessions for pregnant and Postpartum parents to support them in making a positive shift from parts of their journey that are unresolved. She believes healing is, in its most simplest form, is to be heard, seen and respected to rebuild a new way forward for an enriched life experience.
