What is Detoxification?

Detoxification is a process that your body undertakes every day. It is consistently eliminating stored toxins from food, the environment, from chemicals in household cleaning products and personal care. Your body’s main priority is to maintain a healthy balance and constantly return to homeostasis. Amazing, huh?

The human body has evolved incredibly since prehistoric times to adjust to the ever- changing modern world. The problem is, the toxins in our world are evolving faster than us humans.

This increase in toxic load on our system places a major burden on our body’s ability to clear out these toxins. Most of us would agree that we want to support our body to effectively and efficiently eliminate the toxins we are exposing ourselves to.
