Vedic Meditation Courses

Vedic meditation is a simple meditation technique practised for 20 minutes twice a day. It involves the gentle repetition of a mantra (a short sound) inside the mind in an easy, effortless manner. This allows the mind to spontaneously settle down into deep states of rest, gently removing stress, tension and fatigue while re-establishing ourselves in a place of calm wakefulness we call Being. There’s no trying to control the mind or get rid of thoughts, just an effortless approach to calming the mind and relaxing the body so you can feel more grounded, clear and created in everyday life.

Vedic meditation is taught over 4 consecutive sessions. By the end, you’ll feel confident to practise independently with practical guidance on how to fit this into your life. But to help you really make the practice stick, there’s lots of ongoing personal and community support. Whether you’ve never meditated before or tried in the past and thought it isn’t for you, Vedic meditation is a simple , effective and enjoyable way to meditate daily and enjoy endless benefits.
