Lauren has been offering a variety of energy shifting modalities across the world for several years now. From her own on-going journey of self exploration she finds joy and purpose in sharing practices that have been of great benefit to her own health and spiritual development. She is a qualified trauma informed yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Crystal Dreaming facilitator.

Breathwork has given her a depth and understanding to all her other discoveries -she feels very passionately about it for the many experiences and palpable changes this has made to her own life. Now a fully certified Breathworker she is offering group and 1-1 breathwork sessions.
